Poestenkill Business Association Annual Benefit Auction Set for Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the VFW

POESTENKILL, NY — The Poestenkill Business Association will hold its annual Benefit Auction on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Sullivan Jones VFW Post 7466 in Poestenkill.

Doors will open at 9:00 AM for preview and viewing of auction items. The live auction is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.

This popular community event brings together residents, families, and visitors for a day of bidding on a wide assortment of donated goods — including household items, tools, furniture, gift certificates, collectibles, and unique local donations. It’s widely regarded as one of Poestenkill’s biggest and most anticipated gatherings of the year.

All proceeds from the auction support important local initiatives, including community assistance programs and scholarships for Poestenkill residents. The Poestenkill Business Association, a non-profit service organization, uses the event to foster local connections while giving back to the town.
